The Apartment

This is not a movie review of the classic [insert date here] movie The Apartment but rather a list of a few observations on what it's like to move into a new apartment.
1) It smells. Not bad, but different. At least my place didn't smell bad. Yours might. In that case I recommend cherry scented things. My place smelled like a combination of my Grandparents house and new wood. This is a smell I suspect will slowly morph into wine and cheez-its. Every 20something's apartment should smell as such. Should take 2 month to change the smell.
2) All the different similarities. Hey, that's all my stuff! But... that's not my room. Well it is now. I'd say it takes about 2 weeks to get used to having your stuff be in a different place.
3) *Yawn* *Panic* Where am I? You know when you wake up in a hotel and there a split second where you have to remember, "Oh yeah, I'm not at home." I'll give that about 5 days to get used to.
4) Where's the light switch? *Ow!* Self explanatory. 6 days.
